Guide for Left-To-Live or Max-loan-amount offer for Pre-Approvals
This is a quick guide for Left-To-Live or Max-loan-amount calculation to calculate the Pre-Approval offer for an applicant.
Depending on if the optional parameter estimated_purchase_price
is set or not decides which calculation is used.
More details are provided in the sections below.

Left-To-Live calculation
Left-To-Live calculation is based on the estimated_purchase_price
of the property and applicants' finances.
The estimated_purchase_price
is added to the condominium
or the house
in the intended_property
attribute of the pre-approval offer request.

Note: If Left-To-Live calculation is negative, a max-loan-amount is calculated and returned along with a recalculation_reason

Max-Loan-Amount calculation
Max-Loan-Amount calculation is based on applicants' finances.
The estimated_purchase_price
is NOT added to either condominium
or house
in the intended_property
attribute of the pre-approval offer request.
